Which business enterprise is currently flying high on customer service list in Zimbabwe?

Let us nominate improved customer care standards in Zimbabwe by an business or service providers. We can also name those business that lack the quality customer care and service we need as a country. We will cast our nest wide from Mtshova taxis and metered taxis to groceries stores, city councils service providers, cell phone service providers and even some government institutions. Every pen you pay to an business must bring you the desired service or product. The call is yours to make my fellow countrymen!

  

What makes a good customer experience ?

Anybody who has ever been behind the counter be it supermarket, or butchery will know what makes a good customer experience. Its hard to describe, its like good music song. You cannot say how, but somehow, you will get a good feeling about it. This is exactly how customer service feels. the opposite is also true, its like you are eating soy beans with stones inside them. It makes your teeth grind.

Zimbabwe has gone through the toughest times economically in recent years. This is is probably the worst recession any country can ever go through. I do not need to say out any statistics. However, during the tough periods, a lot of local or  home grown entrepreneurs sprang up.  For many of us it has been a learning experience.  There were some who had book knowledge of handling customer and there were those of us were new but found ourselves supplying a significant number of customers.

Everybody makes mistake and errors here and there, but there also a lot of opportunist who have no business ethics whatsoever. Those are a danger to the public. For example, if  loaf is broad is $1,20 they will be charging more, or even double, especially during the times of unavailability. They take every chance to milk the public at will. I will not give any more examples of bad business we have too much of them to count. But guess what, its only you and me who can put an end to all this menace. There is a new Sheriff in Town. I  worked in public for a long time. I was away from the country for along time, but when I arrived here I was strike by the lack of god old customer service  and cautious that we Zimbabweans were known for.
